Project Summary: Diversity awareness training to business units within the Guardian Media Group.
Business Issue: GMG required diversity awareness training for various functions and departments across its UK workforce.
PTI Action: PTI has an ongoing contract with the Guardian Media Group to design and deliver diversity awareness training. After having completed the initial training needs analysis, we embarked upon the delivery of two phases of training across commercial and print staff in two separate UK locations.
Business Result: Over 400 members of the GMG workforce have completed PTI's diversity training module so far and the roll-out is set to continue until at least the end of 2009. Participant and client feedback has been outstanding to date.
